This evening Elder Gowans attended Branch Presidency Meeting and Sister Gowans attended Branch Relief Society Presidency Meeting. What a great Relief Society Presidency who decided to hold their meeting at the same time as the Branch Presidency Meeting. It is very convenient since the RS President, a counselor and the secretary are all married to members of the Branch Presidency!

Afterward, we went and visited two more of our single sisters with deployed husbands and found that one had come home early! Yahoo! Then we made one more contact via telephone, too, and found her to be well and happy.
