Our institute lesson this evening covered sections 43 and 45 of the Doctrine and Covenants. We discussed how our lessons leading up to this section helped prepare us for a discussion on the Signs of the Times. Many of the past lessons have developed the understanding of how we should be working to help ourselves and each other prepare for the second coming of Christ, working to become a Zion people and working to gather in the Children of Israel. So a study of the signs of the times fit right in our preparations for the coming of Christ. We had one of our new soldiers today a Brother Rapp, he is a very nice fellow, we hope he will continue to come from week to week.
