This morning we accomplished our Red Cross service and afterwards we did a couple of errands at the hospital. Elder Gowans wanted to check on his dermatology referral and also on his PSA score. He now has an appointment on Friday with the dermatologist to check for any pre cancerous conditions on his face and at the sametime check a couple of moles and a bump on the back of the neck. His PSA score was a low 0.99, which was very pleasing. It has bounced around as high as 1.15 and as low as .89.

This evening we held our FHE with the Esteps; we had a pretty good group there of 10 folks there; we had a nice meal of vegetable beef soup and a lesson from Preach My Gospel, then we played several rounds of Headbands.
